December 14th and 15th 2017, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in collaboration with Asia University Taiwan held Taiwan Higher Education Fair 2017 at Sportorium Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Taiwan Higher Education Fair 2017 open for public, not only for bachelor students or master programs but also for senior high school students.
This is one of Ministry of Education Taiwan’s program. Asia University as the organizer invite Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta to be co-Host on this event. There are 24 universities participate in the education fair that opened from 09:00-15:30 WIB.
Taiwan Higher Education Fair aims not only to spread information about the universities in Taiwan, but also scholarship offer by the universities itself. The scholarship program will help international students to get their study in Taiwan. This event is also opportunities for UMY to create another collaboration with Taiwan’s Universities in order to improve student exchange program, double degree, and other international activities quality. This education fair also attended by lectures from numerous universities. UMY also take this opportunity to held public lecture in some faculties in UMY.
The euphoria and excitement of Taiwan Education Fair 2017 also found in IMaBs Students. They visited the fair and looking for information about study in Taiwan. This is the best place from them to get another consideration to apply student mobility program and prepare their future study.
